About Cathy Day
Cathy Day and her husband, Kyle, independently started Designs by Day back in 2001, and ran it by themselves for the first six years of their business launch. Now with over 21 years in the interior design industry, they have grown their team to include two painting crews and 10 employees.
The Designs by Day team can take a blank slate during new construction and create an amazing, inviting masterpiece of form and function. Need a redesign? That’s not a problem either. From new construction to cozy condos, no job is too big or too small.

Residential
Start to finish working to finish home with all interior furnishings, furniture, paint, wall coverings, window treatments, etc.
New Construction
Work directly with the architect and clients from the start of design on the floor plan to finish when the home is entirely decorated and move-in ready.
Remodeling
Go through the plans with the client and architect, and take the client to go pick out appliances, lighting, furniture, window treatments, cabinetry, etc.
Additional Services
Have any household item you want delivered, stocked, and organized by us through our concierge and home organization services.
